Any piece of beach will do. Just walk the waters edge watch the surf ahead of you for silver flashes. Better done in ahead of schedule daylight. Pompano run water the waters edge looking for sand lice. To catch sand lice for bait watch a wave break on the beach as the water pulls back off the beach you will see small white bug looking things trying to dig into the sand. Just grab them they can’t hurt you. Take a mesh bag catch a few place in bag dip bag in water from time to time. Hope this helps.
