@robertmartinez why do people guess Caseys family to throw her under the bus and implicate her further in the crime of murder??? you people do know that these people are in denial…these people just lost a child and they cant bear to reckon the mother murdered her so theyre hopin g its not right,,,,u all are heartless,,,,these people are in a tough circumstances,,,the child is dead giving their family member the death penalty isnt going to sooth them,,,theyre losing both people

I reckon and suspect that Casey was raped…. Caylee was the result of this rape…. there is something very incorrect with how this brother Lee is reacting……

ive been following this since 2008…….here is a huge curve ball for everyone…….where is here father lets try and find him……..casy says he is dead…….the mother and father dont even mention the posibility of who or were he is……i bet anyone that finding him will damn near crack this case…….if lee did have sex with her then he is the father and the killer……i hope this hunch isnt right but i feel like it is right……lets not forget lee is the hiden person in this hole case

@janderson65 Really, I don’t really know what to belive. I kinda doubt lee molested her, but who knows. She’s more likely to be honest about that than something that would save her ass, like Zanny, etc. But, she had a vile team of mitigation specialists and they may have place thoughts in her head and she just ran with them. You really have to listen to ALL the videos and tapes to try to make any sanity out of all this insanity. Not an simple task. That’s right sometimes. In this case one thing that is disturbing though is how much her mother Cindy talks in circles regarding Casey’s lies. Anytime Casey lies it is really exhausting to hear her mother agree in a confusing way and as if she is still the wiser one. Casey obviously couldn’t stand it by all accounts, and shown in her own attitude. She was always very frustrated when talking with her mother, tempers would flare, conversations go off theme, and attitudes would escalate quick.
