Bellevue Terrace - great location great prices.

Bellevue Terrace and Bahia Vista Highlands are some new areas I had not explored before...

Think Tuttle Ave on the West Bahia Vista on the South with Novus St / Railroad Tracks on the North and S Lockwood Ridge Rd on the East.

Seems to be a pretty nice working class neighborhood. Lots of homes for sale - I think mostly well under $300,000 (at least the ones I saw with a price were) there is a nice variety of home styles and lots of big trees.

Locklear Park is pretty nice

my neighborhood

I live around here except my neighborhood wasn't mentioned- Paver Park.
I think it's adjacent to Ringling Park area, not too sure if Pelican Drive is part of that.
They just put in a sidewalk on Sydelle so it looks like we will be an official neighborhood soon.
The houses here are from about the 1950's and some are being rehabbed, a few totally remodeled, and some in their original condition. A mixture of homeowners and renters, its a pretty quiet area. Tucked away in between the tracks, Tuttle, Ringling and Shade. Biggest perks- close to Publix and the movie theatre
