We are starting to see the Condo conversion developers bringing prices down and trying to help first time homebuyers with finacing assistance,down payment options etc

Many of these developers are offering incentives to help these buyers qualify and keep monthly payments lower. We will also consider non-profit purchases of a multiple units for.

Some of these units start at 120,000 for 1 bedroom and can purchase 2/2 for under $200,000. We are trying to put together a forum on the programs available to these buyers. Any suggestions?
