Big Ed Edwards has been a fixture in sports broadcasting, having spent a combined 14 years as an MLB announcer with the Chicago White Sox and Cincinnati Reds, as well as over 30 years as a talk show host.Ed is also a well known JFK Assassination researcher who speaks at the JFK memorial ceremonies in Dealy Plaza in Dallas on the anniversary each November 22nd. He has written numerous articles and broadcast many radio shows on the subject. …Ed moved to Sarasota, Florida in 1987 and became head coach and athletic director at PREW Prep High School. The School had not won a game in 7 years. He built the program from scratch and led the Basketball team to the Gulf Coast Conference Championship in his second year. He was a cofounder of the Sarasota AAU baseball teams in the early 1990′S that won 4 straight state championships and then in 2003 his AAU Sarasota Prowlers became the first and only FIRST YEAR EXPANSION TEAM to win the state title…..ED was presented the 2004 National Congressional Ronald Reagan Gold Medal by the House of Representatives in Washington DC and named the Honorary chairman.
