My truck is very hot about moving into one of these cool "car houses"



The "Neo - Spanish Car Plaza" is the latest in home design for the car on the go. Good thing my truck can't afford $499,000 or we would be "loading up the truck" and moving.

Personally I find this new "subdivision" of 10 car homes to be a blight of bad design right across the street from my neighborhood - on Bahia Vista St. Why would you use 2/3's of the front of the house for a garage -- unless you are selling to cars. Bet it sells fast to all of the cool BMW's and Range Rovers and maybe even a Hummer or two.

Lets us humans get together and fight against the spreading blight of "car houses" I will never buy one!!! I don't care what my truck does to me!!! It may be going too far to say we need to have a front porch on these homes but ....

Sarasota County is applying for a Major Conditional Use to develop the "Homes on Hatton St" at 1050 Euclid Ave & 1085 S Shade Ave.

There is a required neighborhood Workshop Feb 22nd @ the county admin building on 1660 Ringling Blvd.

This property is a ditch just north and west of the Euclid Ave YMCA

I have started walking / biking in the neighborhood north of mine. The south end is mostly institutional with Sarasota High, YMCA and several others... Three homes for sale on this street.
